Configuring Network setting first time install

I have been waiting for a tick against Configuring Network Settings for over an hour now. I am trying to install my new wired connection TiVo box. Everything else went through perfectly. Help please!

I have the same issue. Have been waiting for the last bit. Around 2 hours since its been started.

How long did it take for you? Did you do anything different

Did you call in to activate the V6 ?

I called up as soon as I got the QuickStart kit and I have been using Wifi without any issues.

I do not see the setup screen now, but there is a message on the screen "Sorry there seems to be a problem. Contact virgin media - error code 7400 "

Do I need to activate TiVo box again separately?

Yes, both hub and TiVo/V6 boxes need activation.

I "think" the activation number is still 0800 953 9500

Hi,

 

I'm having the same problem where the Tivo box when setting up doesn't go past the Start up Checklist and the 'Configuring Network Settings' doesn't get ticked. I have tried turning it off and on again as it has been suggested and used a wired Ethernet cable and it still hasn't worked.

Also I was expecting a V6 box but it is a Tivo Box that has been delivered.

Ok, so my issue seems to be resolved by itself.

I waited for the setup to run and left it overnight. Morning, it was completed, but I could see only 3-4 channels with some error on the screen.

I tried chatting with the support team about this, but they wanted me to be at home as they wanted to suggest some interactive steps. I checked back in the evening before starting a chat and it all seems to be ok now.
