Complete loss of service

Friday night (5/08) I lost my connection and next day morning reported it. I😧 F010018539. Around 11am got a message from VM saying problem is solved, but there was no connection.

Again I reported VM ID: F010019964.

They replied before Sunday night 20.00 problem will be solved. But still now there is no service.

Hi @Jo1983 

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
