Complete Outage since Saturday, no WAN

I have had no internet since the evening of yesterday for over 24hrs last week I had no internet for 5 days and when it worked it was turning on and off.

I posted my details on another post but this is more connection related.

I pay for M200 and I have no internet at all from it no stability and reliability. My power levels seem fine.

 

I am on my mobile at the moment so I can’t Record much info like screenshots as of right now.

I did log into http://192.168.0.1 and looks at my network log it doesn’t look good at all

Looks, with what little data we have, as a circuit problem. Hub is trying to update, but failing due to a circuit problem. Call customer services and report the problem.
