Do virgin actually resolve complaints?
I recently signed up to Virgin broadband, and in 2 months I’ve raised 3 complaints. One of which was closed immediately after I ended the live chat in which I asked them to raise the complaint!
I have no issues with the broadband service. However, they have laid a cable through flower beds, visible on top of the soil and through my recently deceased dogs ashes. No one from Virgin has called me to discuss this complaint. A third party called me to arrange to come back and then didn’t turn up.
Additionally, I signed up to Virgin via Uswitch, and was offered account credit. Virgin didn’t apply this, went through live chat, said they wanted to apply this but couldn’t! (I have screen shots of the chat). I asked them to raise a complaint, they did, look at my emails and it’s been closed as resolved within minutes of closing the chat, so I raised the complaint again. Uswitch say they have confirmed with Virgin that have applied the credit. My account shows nothing of the sort. Again, no one from Virgin has contacted me in relation to this complaint.
