Complaint status

Hi, I was told by a customer care rep that I could view the status of my complaint on my account and who’s been handling it, I can’t see this anywhere on my account? Can someone please direct me to the correct area where the complaint can be viewed? Thanks

What status are you expecting out of interest?

Once your complaint has been handled you should either receive a letter in the post or an email. Until that time you won't see anything in your account.

Hi mate, had the same problem until I found this under the help menu after you login. It's not a lot of information but it does give you something. Hope that helps more than most on this forum 🙂

You should be able to check it's status.
