Coaxial cable outside house damaged

Hi VM people,

I'm posting here in the hope that the forum team can help, as I've had no luck via chat/WhatsApp and the phone lines seem extremely busy.

The twin coax cable running to my house is severely damaged. One of the two cores is completely severed, and the other is exposed. I've no idea how this happened - I presume an animal took a fancy to it, as the plastic cover had also been pulled open.

Anyway, we miraculously still have service, but the cable clearly needs repairing or replacing. Can anyone help?

Sounds like it was the old telephone wire side of the twin cable was severed luckily. 
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.
