Coax cable doesn’t fit

Hi.

I can’t seem to get the coax cable from my quick start setup to connect to my 360 box. It’s a bit odd everything else is connected and set up but the part (with the yellow tv tag) is the same size as the connector on the box and so won’t go in. It’s kinda embarrassing lol.

Hi Alan,

Thank you for reaching back out to us, I am sorry to see you received a replacement Remote when needing the coax adaptor, I have had a look our end and can see the incorrect cable was ordered, I have arranged an  (I O C) connector to be sent which will convert the cable from a screw in to a push on which is what is used for the V6/360 boxes, this will arrive within the next five days, apologies for the time this has taken and any inconvenience caused.
