Coax Male 2 Female Cable

Hello,

So today our router(hub) arrived.  After calling to activate it and following the tutorial we end up with 2 male coaxial cords.  Was wondering if anyone has suggestions on what type of and adapter/extender we would need to fix this problem?

1st cable extends from the Virgin Box on the wall ( pre-set from previous owners )

2nd one is connected to the hub via the splitter, the splitter is connected to the Isolator ( the red one is male as is the virgin box extender).

The Isolator cable doesn't connect to the Virgin Wall Socket Cable.

Re: Coax Male 2 Female Cable

the isolate cable "should" connect to the wall socket - it's a push fit though.

so you should have

1 cable from the socket on the wall to the splitter.
1 cable from spliter port 1 to the hub
1 cable from splitter port 2 to the tv box (if you have one).

Re: Coax Male 2 Female Cable

Do you have just broadband? If so connect the 1st cable directly to the hub.
