We are getting wifi signal low on all devices used in our household,
I have used the Network diagnostics tool and have found two red exclamation marks on broadband service and wifi connections and it also says your broadband connection is down. I understand that this question as been asked before but the Person had to give details from there check Router status to get help.
Could anyone help me with this situation Please, Thank You

The first thing is to establish whether the broadband signal to the router is working. For that you need to connect a device to the Hub with an ethernet cable. Then you can see if you are getting websites on your browser, and do a speed test to check the feed.
