Check broadband availability not working properly for my address

When I try to check the availability of Virgin in my apartment i get that's not available. But when I try other apartments in the same building, it says that it's available. Since we live in the same building just different floors its weird that one apartment is possible and the other one is not.
So something must be wrong.

Is there a way to properly check if virgin is available in my apartment since the online tool doesn't seem reliable.
