Hi, I have a connection problem and after checking the service status, I’ve been advised to book an engineer visit however when I do this it suggests that my home address is one that is wrong? How can so amend this to my correct address so I can book the appointment?

For password reminders these would be sent via letters not emails. When did you request this?
