Changing wrong home address when booking engineer appointment

Hi, I have a connection problem and after checking the service status, I’ve been advised to book an engineer visit however when I do this it suggests that my home address is one that is wrong? How can so amend this to my correct address so I can book the appointment?

Yes, and I request an email from you to send me the security password, I haven't received it, I need that password to cancel my contract

For password reminders these would be sent via letters not emails. When did you request this?
