Hi there
I signed up to a Virgin Media deal in September only to be told by Virgin Media that the property was unserviceable. The engineer who came around gave us some advice on how to rectify the situation. The connection point was in the wrong place and the trench was thought someone else property. We have now made the rectifications that he has specified but I am having trouble changing the status of our property. I've been on hold, been told 3 different things. Anyone know if it is possible to this? How do I speak to someone who will give a straight answer.
