I put in an order for broadband, but move in date has changed. Is there away to change the date? or address of the hub delivery?

If you’re looking to reschedule a QuickStart delivery that hasn’t yet been dispatched, you can do this within the track order area in My Virgin Media.
We have some info here that will help.
