I rejoined VM recently (at a different address than previously) but did not receive a welcome email or contract, even though my services were available. I chatted to online help and they emailed me a contract. However, when I try to register online at my Virgin Media with my surname, account number and area code, I get an error 'The details you have entered are incorrect, please check and try again.'..
Assuming that I already have an account from before, I tried saying I'd forgotten my password, but it did not recognise my email address.
The person I chatted to about the welcome letter/email did say that I'd probably have to contact someone to 'reset' my account?
