Can not connect to hub 3 using connect app on iPhone 13

The light on our Hub 3 is white.  

I don't use the connect app, I prefer the menus.

Connect to the hub at http://192.168.0.1   ( the Hub 3 password is on a label on the bottom , it is all numbers )

Make 100% certain that the iPhone is not using Apple Private Browsing / Private Relay / IP hiding tools or a VPN.

All of these are VPNs that will prevent the connect app from connecting to the Hub.

Tried that still no luck, the light on front is orange , is that right or should it be white or green

I am sorry to hear about the connection issues, can you forget the device and try  to reconnect. 

How is the service at the moment? 

We cannot see any area issues and everything is showing as green.
