Can you help activating the hub

Can you please help activating the hub?

I have been on the phone for 1h 45min and no one has picked up the call?

I have received the replacement hub and it needs activating . 

please sort this out.

I've had the exact same issue. I was told 'The technical department don't work on the weekend' and I would not be able to register my device until Monday. Unfortunately, I'm away from Monday 😞

I have just had someone picked up the call now after 2 hours on the line they have activated it and told me to wait 20min and it should work , let ‘s see now. 
from 3.30pm been trying this grr

You got a better response than I did! I was told that no one was working today that could activate the new router.
