Last week my Sonos speaker system no longer connected with my Macbook. Sonos tech support did a diagnostic and told me to turn off 'Virgin Advanced Network Error Search' as my Macbook had an external IP address which was not recognised by Sonos. Can some one help me turn it off. Thanks brucehopper

Apologies you are having an issue with turning of Advanced Network Error Search.
