Can’t set up equipment

Hi 

Just joined virgin, but can’t seem to set up, the postcode checker says there’s a live connection at my address but I tried the aerial in the back of TV/in the wall/ in another socket but the aerial doesn’t fit any of them. 
can anyone help?

What VM equipment are you trying to set up? A VM Hub and TV box(es) ? The ariel connection in the TV is of no relevance to connecting a VM TV box. Only needed if you are connecting to your own ariel and then want internet connectivity on the TV for online content (via the Hub).
