At the end of a long week of shabby internet (Tv working) m500 Tarif. Checked all connections and now trying to factory reset Hub 4. Very slow process, boots me back to beginning. If works internet still fails. What am I doing wrong?

You can find out about known local issues from there also a run a test on your equipment.
You could also try the automated Service Status number on 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Thanks for that. Just couldn’t find it. Yep, that had always said things were ok at the same time as my speeds were low, and tech in the house said there was a problem. I’ll try the number.
