Can't login or register with email

I just get errors whenever I try to sign up or login using my details. Has anyone else encountered this?

I haven't recieved any login details and registering doesn't work on either the website or app.

I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with My Virgin Media.
Are you able to try another web browser/device? Can you clear cache and cookies and try again, please.
