I can't get the Virgin Media WiFi hotspots to work. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro on the latest update. How do I fix this?

Sorry to hear of the problems experienced connecting to hot spots, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

Can you confirm how you're trying to connect? If it is via the Connect App, depending on the current version on Android you a re running hotspots may not be available, this is via Android 11 and 12 but the team are working on a fix fir this for a future update, Please note we currently only support Virgin Media hotspots but are working on a new partnership for a future App release.

Android 12... Beats me how you can advertise that you offer this yet you don't support the last two major versions of a major OS.
