Can't choose address when ordering?

Hey,

 

Going to be moving into a new build apartment block - the postcode checker (https://www.virginmedia.com/postcode-checker) shows me the address when I put the postcode in and states I can get up to the M1000 bundle, but when trying to order only Broadband, it asks for the postcode, but doesn't show the apartment's address?

 

Any help?

Has the new build apartment block been "provisioned" to supply VM to its occupants.

Are the cables already installed?

Just wondering whether the post-code may be a legacy of what was there before the apartments were built perhaps
