Hi,
I’ve had a self install box delivered but I seem to have the wrong wall socket. I’ve rang Virgin to book an engineer but I was cut off when on hold while the guy was booking my appointment.
Is there another way to book an engineer appointment?

It will take at least 2 days for a VM staff member to get to your post try this number:
Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
