Can't add new home address

Hello!

I would like to get broadband, but I can't apply for this service because my home address isn't in the list and I can't select it!

I submitted the form 20 days ago to add the address but there has been no response.

I don't know how to contact the customer service, because I can't register on the virginmedia website without buying a service which I can't, there is no chat, no calls, no Facebook messaging, SMS bot doesn't work properly either.
