Hi
After much delay in having my delivery confirmed, the delivery date given to me by Virgin is now on a day when nobody is home.
While that seems like a minor issue, I cannot reschedule the delivery/change to collection because I've recieved the DEF01 error when trying to register.
Can someone assist in helping me register so I can sign in and change my delivery date...

I am sorry to hear you are getting this error. Please can you advise if you have cleared all cookies, tried different browsers and devices or tried our MyVM app.
