Tried calling up to book an engineer but can’t get past the security question that I haven’t set up and can’t use my direct debit because it hasn’t processed yet. I have my quick start kit and can’t set it up as the previous virgin connection is no longer there. How can you book an engineer?? Seems so difficult

I am sorry to hear there's been some issues when trying to arrange a manned install.
I have taken a peek at our systems and can see there is an open work order for this now and a technician has been booked to come out and get you're equipment set up 🙂
