Can i return my modem and cancel at a VM shop or via forum

I give up. There is no way for deaf people to get help with installation. Can I return the equipment at a VM shop.

Trying to set up, green flashing light

I have set up my box and it won't go beyond the green flashing light. I am deaf and can't use the phone without help, my 7 yr old has tried but I can't access any help. Is there live chat to resolve my issues or or how can I contact VM to cancel my contract.

Seems like they have a perfectly working service for hearing impaired customers, have you tried contacting this number?

Unfortunately the only way for you to cancel would be to call through to the team using the methods detailed on the link above.

I tried the text option. Just an automated reply. I had an email saying they can't connect my phone in till I connect the box.
