I have just joined Virgin and the starter kit has been despatched to my house. While I can reschedule the delivery Can I also change the delivery address for the starter kit to a different address? thanks, Aarjay

The delivery will have left us now and will be with Yodel.
Do you have your tracking details? If so, You can go to Yodel and request for the delivery to be changed to an alternative address or leave in a specific place.
