We’ve just moved into our house and it already had a Virgin media connection. We had the pack sent to us and have attempted to set it up ourselves. The broadband signal is weak and non existent in some rooms. The brown box outside is all broken, please see the photo. Could we please arrange an engineers visit to get the box repaired and also to help with the installation? Thank you 😊

Looks like you'll need a cover replacement for your omni-box.
