Can I book an engineer please?

We’ve just moved into our house and it already had a Virgin media connection. We had the pack sent to us and have attempted to set it up ourselves.  The broadband signal is weak and non existent in some rooms.  The brown box outside is all broken, please see the photo.  Could we please arrange an engineers visit to get the box repaired and also to help with the installation?  Thank you 😊

Looks like you'll need a cover replacement for your omni-box. 

Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and book you the earliest appointment for an engineer to come and replace the cover. You can see your private messaged at the top of the page in the envelope icon.
