Hi
I have been having intermittent dropouts over past couple of weeks but hadn’t got round to calling about this yet.
Just took a call from above number he said he was calling from Virgin and asked if I had had speed issues and dropouts in last few days - I said no and hung up.
Guessing this call was not from Virgin ?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some connection issues.
We wouldn't proactively call to ask if you're experiencing an issue, we would rely on you letting us know.
Are you still having a problem with the service? If so, is this over a wired or wireless connection?
