Hi,
I post this on behalf of the whole residence not just in my name - as I belong to the resident association - we have multiple cables installations that leave to be desired.
I called customer services but there is no option for this, it is all about troubleshooting the broadband or TV services.
Out of options I logged this as a complaint 2 weeks ago - although I do not think this is bad to the point it requires to be logged as a formal complaint.
An engineer came - now my bad - I misunderstood initially from the persons who raised this in the residence - I thought the issue was was about hanging cables which turned out not to be Virgin's, as the engineer pointed out.
Now the real issue is that Virgin cables come from the ground, from small brown box and run along the walls and are encased in some brown cable rails.
Some rails are missing half way up the wall, some are torn at the bottom - may be as an attempt to fit in more cables and unable to close the rail? there is one virgin box open and empty.
So I would like Virgin to come and sort that out but I am not sure what is the best way to procced I would like to avoid having to log this as a complaint again.
