Hello. Today I've received Hub 3 for the first time installation.
And any of cable's won't fit. Not the to wall socket and not to the internet socket either. What should I do now?

The forum would probably benefit from photos of the sockets and the cables if possible please.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 - explain the situation.
If an engineer is offered - accept that.

Sorry to hear that the cables don't fit when trying to complete the QuickStart installation.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to follow the advise from @Client62 and have an engineer issued to you?
