We are having our driveway resurfaced. We tried with the greatest of care to look after the cable running to our house, but unfortunately one of them has been cut. How do I go about getting this repaired or replaced?

Thanks. I called customer service and they are sending someone out tomorrow. This is strange, as I called customer services yesterday and they gave me a separate number to call, which I did, but the whole service on that number was automated and I didn't get to speak with anyone.

Hi Gareth. Yes the issue has been resolved. A Virgin engineer came two days ago to sort it.
