Hi There.

In the close I live in, the cable is only installled in the bottom floor? Why would that be and how do I go about getting it in the first floor where my flat is?

The flats either side of my address have cable throughout the whole close

I'm sorry to hear that there is currently no cable laid in the first floor where your flat is.

Sadly we wouldn't be able to help from here, so could you please give the sales team a call on 0800 183 1234 and they will be able to look in to sending a spotter.
