Cable does not fit wall socket

Hello, I bought the M500 Fibre Broadband Package. I have an issue with my virgin media hub, I am unable to connect the cable given to the wall socket in my house. It does not fit and I can't make a connection. 

Is there a way for me to contact the technical team to get this sorted? Thank you in advance.

That's not a Virgin media wall socket, that's your outdoor aerial, can you find something else in your home that might be your VM connection
