Cable accidentally cut by builder

Hi

Our builder has accidentally cut the virgin cable where it comes into our house. 

does anyone know how best to arrange an engineer visit for it to be fixed?

Either call in and report a broadband fault or wait for the VM Forum Team to respond here in a day or so.

If you choose to call in the numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).
