Cable Trip Hazard

Does anyone know how I can get Virgin to fix a cable that is a trip hazard? It's come loose outside our property at the edge of the pavement.  Thanks.

Sorry to see that the external cable has come above ground and is causing some concern.  We can look at booking a rebury in for you to resolve this as soon as possible.
