The VirginMedia cable in the house runs through the loft and is in the way of some building work we're having done currently.
I need to arrange to have the cable re-routed. I tried speaking to VM Support, but now understand that the best approach is to post a message to the community forum. I understand there will be £25 charge for this.
Please can someone help arrange an engineer visit.

Yes, that is correct, a £25 non fault call out fee. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange.

Do you still want the cable through the loft? Because I believe VM technicians are not allowed to go into lofts due to H&S reasons and they are not insured to it.

No, we do not want the cable in the loft. Instead I would like it to go around the outside of the house.
