Hi, there is a CATV manhole just outside my building and some cables going from it to my building. It's been a few days since they've been "detached" from the street to which they were more or less fixed "flat" and they are now quite deteriorated. My broadband has been fully down since this afternoon. Could this be related, and how can this be fixed? Thanks

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
