C119 Network Error during install

I received my "Quickstart" pack on Friday and set it up. All its doing is Network error C119. Been on the phone to VM over the last two days and still no results. I'm getting no service and still paying for it. Got a tech support appointment for Tuesday but I need it sorted ASAP.  Any body have any idea's.

Maybe be that the connection is no longer live so the quick start is not possible.
Waiting for the engineer is likely your only option in that case

It's very annoying. Missed all my Football too.
