Hello. Could one of the moderators please arrange for an engineer to replace the external brown box where the cables enter my property? The old box is broken and has fallen off, meaning the cables are exposed to the elements. The telephone wires (?) that were previously covered by the brown box also need some attention as they appear to be insecure. Thanks so much. Cheers, Paul.
