Brown box

Hello there,

I had my set up pack today and have tried setting up my hub. I've had no connection ECT so I went to check the box outside to see all the wires ripped out.. no cover.. frayed and open wires. How would this be sorted? Virgin media said they won't come out until the 23rd of the month and I'm worried I will be billed even though I have no broadband...

You cannot be billed until your hub is activated.

You are now likely waiting for a two man team to repull the drop cable from the cabinet. Once this is done you should be good to go.
