Can Anyone tell me how I get a replacement front cover to the brown box outside my house please?

Post a photo to help VM assess what is needed. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up.

Hi luke83,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

With regards to the replacement of the brown box I can arrange for your equipment to be replaced as soon as possible, because the equipment may have been damaged there can be a £25 charge to cover this technician visit. The £25 charge will be applied to your account today if you were to go ahead with the appointment, don’t worry though you don’t need to pay this now, it will be added to your next bill.
