Broken router

Evening, 

recently my son broke the router - it smashed it completely.

How can i order a new one asap? I tried to call - but it asked me so many questions... im a bit lost.

there is currently around a weeks wait for the forum staff to pick this up, could try calling back since phone system just require account number, choose technical fault.. or could try via online chat via http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop)

Sorry to hear the hub got damaged 

The best way would be to call

As you have advised already you got a bit lost when you last called
