Broken overhead cable

Hi,

We have broken a Virgin cable on a site in Lancashire. How do we report it and get it fixed?

Hi first of all see where the cable goes to, as it doesn't sound like a virgin cable as they don't install at hight, it sounds more like a ariel or satellite dish link, virgin install at ground level. Regards Micky

Are you able to provide some further information on this, are you talking about an overhead cable or an underground cable?

Do you have any images you can attach for us to take a look at so we can feed this back to the team?
