Broken outside box

The box on the outside wall is broken and all the wires are exposed. Can it be arranged for someone to come and replace / fix it please as the water is getting inside

Thanks John. The appointment I had was to move equipment but this has now been cancelled. I do still need the box replacing and have attached a photo to help.
