Broken grey external box/loose wire

Hi. Tried to phone about our broken box and the loose wire without luck. Could you help please

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I have booked an appointment for this to be fixed, it is free but it the appointment is missed from no one being home then there will be a £25 charge added to the account. Please ask the account holder to check the appointments on their online account to see this booking.
