Broken external brown cover (shared)

Hi,

My downstairs neighbour has drawn to my attention that the brown external cover is broken on our (shared) external box, and the wires are currently exposed to the elements. 

I see that other people here who have had the same problem have had the cover fixed by Virgin, so I'm hoping that someone here can help?

Call it is as a fault - its is and see if they will book a Tech visit for you.

If you get fobbed off then a VM person should respond on here in a day or two and sort it out for you.


Post a photo of the issue so they can see it when they get here.

It's all fixed now, without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly someone was able to come out to do it!
