Hi there I have just moved into a new house that use to have virgin. There is the brown box on the side of the house that’s all broken and the cables hanging out. I am not planning on having virgin but the box is unsightly and broken so water can get in.

I’m just wondering how you go about getting a new one fitted?

Call Virgin?? Just note that it is VM's property and so you should not replace it yourself.

I'm sorry to ehar the box has been left in a state of disrepair. 

In order to resolve this I will need a photograph of the box. If you can post back here with this.

Once I have your reply and the photo posted here I can raise this up

If the photos are to big you can upload them to many free sites such as https://imgur.com/upload http://tinypic.com/ what size are the pictures?
